PTA Membership News

Congratulations to Mrs. Lewis’s morning Kindergarten class, the winners of the January membership drive contest. Room 5, morning Kindergarten had an astounding 77% PTA membership, earning them each a FREE BOOK at the Maclary Scholastic Book Fair. Maclary PTA now has 217 members, over 115% of our 2008-2009 membership goal.

Thank you to all our countless volunteers and supporters. The dedication and support of our members makes Maclary a better school. A Harvard University study found children of involved parents have better attendance, higher GPAs and test scores, higher matriculation rates, and lower incidences of suspension and violent behavior. When you join PTA, the child who benefits most is yours. It’s not too late, join PTA today!

All PTA members who attend Multicultural Night, Thursday, February 12^th, will be entered in a special member only raffle.
